We are a small team, which means there is nowhere to hide and also nowhere your work disappears into. You will have named accounts, you will speak to those clients, and you will see the numbers your decisions moved — in both directions.
We are not a place for people who want a narrow, repetitive brief. We are a good place for people who like owning a problem end to end and being trusted with it early.
You will own outcomes rather than tickets, and you will know exactly how your work affects a client’s business.
Recommendations get backed with data internally too. Being wrong is fine; being vague about why is not.
We tell clients when we fall short of a target. We hold the same standard in how we talk to each other.
Learning budget, direct client exposure from early on, and a real path from executive to account lead.

Day-to-day operations on client seller accounts — listings, orders, returns, cases and account health monitoring, supported by a senior account manager.
Plan, launch and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns across client accounts, with real accountability for efficiency targets.
Build and improve product listings: keyword research, titles, bullets, descriptions, image briefs and enhanced content.
