No — never. Authorisation happens entirely on the marketplace’s own website. You sign in there and approve the requested permissions, and the marketplace then issues Nyvoro an encrypted authorisation token. We do not ask for, receive, see or store your password at any point. Anyone asking you for your marketplace password should be refused.

Authorisation is the official, auditable way a marketplace lets a service provider work with your account data. Without it we cannot retrieve your orders, inventory, listings or reports — which means no dashboard, no automated reporting and no proactive account health monitoring. With it, every access runs through approved API scopes that you control and can withdraw at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest. Authorisation tokens are stored encrypted and separately from application data. Access is restricted to the team members who need it to serve your account, under role-based controls with periodic access reviews. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or for profiling unrelated to providing the service.

Two ways, both entirely under your control and neither requiring you to contact us first:

• In your Nyvoro account settings, choose Disconnect seller account.
• Or open the connected-apps section of your marketplace seller dashboard and revoke Nyvoro’s access.

Either action revokes access immediately. We stop all data retrieval at once and invalidate the stored authorisation token.

Nyvoro retains marketplace and account data only for as long as necessary to provide the applicable services, meet legitimate operational and security requirements, and comply with applicable legal, contractual and marketplace requirements.

Retained marketplace data is deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable retention requirements and our documented deletion procedures, except where continued retention is required by law, contractual obligations, security requirements or other legitimate compliance purposes. After disconnection or revocation, future marketplace data synchronization for that connection stops. Any retained marketplace data is handled in accordance with Nyvoro’s Privacy Policy, applicable marketplace requirements and documented retention and deletion procedures.

The stored authorization credentials are also invalidated immediately, so no further requests can be made on your behalf. You can raise a deletion request at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. You can authorise multiple selling accounts and switch between them from a single Nyvoro login. Each account is authorised separately and its data is kept strictly separated — data from one account is never combined with, or exposed to, another.

Yes. The Starter plan is free for three months, with no card required to begin. It includes the performance dashboard, sales and order analytics, inventory monitoring with alerts and a weekly summary report, so you can evaluate the platform on your own real data before paying anything.
